		<description>Yes, elderberry is great for fighting respiratory illness. But there was an article published by Beeyoutiful that cautioned against using elderberry for treating HINI. Basically, that elderberry stimulates the T1 cells which usually is a good thing in fighting the flu,but it can aggravate H1N1.  For more information, please see my previous post:

		<description>I have read several articles saying elderberry is safe during pregnancy, but nothing from traditional medical journals. If it were me, I would probably take a small child&#039;s dosage (not more than 1 tsp twice a day). It&#039;s kind of like eating a handful of berries. I would ask your doctor whether or not he/she thinks it&#039;s safe. Your doctor may not acknowledge the benefit of elderberry, but can tell you if it&#039;s harmful.</description>
